Providence Medical Assistant - Oregon City *$2,000 Sign On Bonus* in Oregon City, Oregon


This posting is for multiple openings of a Certified Medical Assistant (MA) at Providence Medical Group in Portland, OR. We offer 8 hour days shifts as well as part time and full time opportunities. We are hiring for the all Medical Group Clinics in the Oregon City Area. Please note that the application will only list one location but they are many and you will be able to discuss preferences in the interview.

The Medical Assistant (MA) works under the delegation of a licensed practitioner to perform duties as directed to assist in providing patient care to assigned patients. A MA performs all aspects of the MA role and is fully competent in the clinical needs/functions for assigned clinic/location of work. A MA is expected to perform in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.

Required qualifications:

  • Graduate of accredited school for medical assistants, or an equivalent combination of coursework, experience/training to qualify to sit for a National Certification exam

  • 6 months Healthcare experience

  • 6 months Medical Assistant experience

  • Required upon hire: National Medical Assistant Certification (Vendor Managed)

  • Required upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)
