Physical Therapist - Acute Care - Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center - 0.9 FTE, Days

$5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

As a PT at this hospital, you will work with a tightknit rehab and interdisciplinary team in a community-oriented facility. New, top of market pay range. Medbridge account included on top of excellent selection of internal continuing education opportunities. Patient time blocked monthly for one-on-one meeting with your direct supervisor as well as team meetings. Paid charting time. Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

  • Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

  • D.P.T. From an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

  • Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy training to meet a particular department need.

  • Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License (Vendor Managed)

  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)

  • Upon hire: For PL540 (PCC) & PL580 (BNC) ONLY- In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check is required for this position.

  • Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy experience to meet a particular department need.
